Defective item bad customer service, do yourself a favor dont buy!
I ordered this through my sisters amazon account and it melted after less than a year of use. They wouldnt honor there warranty seeing as to how they said dust caused the melting no wear does it say warrantied unless to much dust gets in i had to pay an additional 100 to "refurbish' it and now one year after that it doesnt work again this is a peice of crap and a complete waste of money even now they will not honor warrranty or give me my money back for this faulty product, i would reccomend a reverse osmosis sytem you can get a costco for 150 unstead polus they return things no problems unlike this bunch of con artists...
