Amazon shipped this item with a private shipping company which called ahead to schedule delivery and ensured the unit was in good condition. I had some trouble determining the plug type prior to receiving the air conditioner. I wanted the wiring to be ready before it arrived. It comes with the 30 amp 3-prong 240V plug shown in the online manual. It was about a 2-day job to get this mounted thru the wall on my own. I had to enlist a friend to lift it in though. The unit works great compared to my old 120V 10,000 btu air con, plus the heat pump feature will be great for some chilly mornings!
