Does not move much air even on high speed, too expensive
I bought this fan from Amazon last year and finally got around to installing it this past weekend. The installation took a while but this was the first fan that I've installed. The attachment rods that the fan comes (there are two a tall and short one) is interesting as only the tall one fits properly. If you elect to use the short rod the decorative upside down U bracket that you see in the photo will not fit. Not a big deal I suppose but there's no mention of this fact in the instruction manual. Speaking of the instruction manual it is downright awful and leaves a lot to be desired. It is missing adequate illustrations and leaves one to figure it out. It mentions rubber bushings that need to be removed from the motor faceplate but I've yet to find those things. I don't think they exist to be honest. The fan blade arms attached okay I suppose but it was a bit tricky and my recommendation is to attach those while the fan motor is on a table instead of attached to the fan...
