I purchased this product to heat and cool a small well insulated office space of approximately 160 square feet. It's supposed to heat 350 square feet. During the summer months I was quite pleased with the cooling. When I needed heat this fall I was greatly disappointed. The air from the front grill is barely warm. It took an hour and forty-five minutes to raise the room temperature from fifty-five degrees to sixty-five degrees. When I called Frigidaire's Customer Service I was told this unit was only to be used as a "supplemental heat source". Meaning I had to have a primary heat source to heat the room before this Frigidaire heater would do any good. Nothing in the advertising information says anything about this being a "supplemental heat source". Instead of purchasing this product, go to Walmart and buy a room air conditioner for $150 and two small "milkhouse" electric heaters for $40.00 each. Even one 1800 watt "milkhouse" heater will put out more heat than the Frigidaire and be...
