Worked for 10 minutes
It is a quiet vacuum cleaner but the power head died after 10 minutes use. Since buying this I found out that this product is not made by Electrolux but is now made by Eureka. If I had known that I would never have bought it. I got the name of a service center near us and when I called I was told that they stopped honoring warranty work a year ago because of numerous problems with the company. I called the Electrolux customer service number and got nowhere with them. We went through their script and I attached the power head directly to the handle (e.g. not with the wand)- it still didn't work. I wanted them to just send me a new powerhead but the guy said, 'No, there might be something else wrong'. I asked him 'like what?' and he said it might be the canister or it might be the wand. I told him we had just eliminated those two items. I felt like I was dealing with a robot.
Now we have to drag the thing to a center quite a ways away. If we had not already gotten...
