Dead after 20 Minutes - Update
Was looking forward to getting this up and running. After considerable effort moving this to the basement (approx 100 lbs) and then installing the drain pipe I turned it on. It ran about 20 minutes and then the service light came on after the unit shut down. The trouble shooting guide for the fault codes asks me to check sensors are connected and properly inserted in a sensor well filled with "paste." There is no information or diagram as to where this might be located. Unit is settng dead in my basement. We will see what the seller/company customer service is like. If it involves me hauling that beast back up, packing, and sending it somewhere, I will be more disappointed than I am at this moment. Maybe big ticket and heavy weight things are better purchased locally. If they come through on this somehow, I will report back.
